The Got Your Back Movement exists to restore purpose, give hope, & show love through the global distribution of school uniforms to children in need. Our mission is to create sustainable change in communities worldwide through the impact that education creates in all aspects of life.

Our vision is to create a world in which children begin to see their hopes & dreams become a reality through the lens of education. By removing the financial obstacles of obtaining a school uniform, we hope to help them achieve a primary education while ensuring that this process is maintained through an economically sustainable model for their entire community.

We believe that it's more important to understand why you exist, rather than what you do or how you do it.
We believe that once you've discovered your why, it forever changes your work ethic, & more importantly, it revolutionizes your way of life.
We believe that education is a weapon. Those who have access to it are given advantages. Those without it, remain impoverished, hopeless & helpless in the fight for their lives.
We believe that owning a school uniform is not only the gateway into school, but it's the pathway towards a hopeful, sustainable future.
We believe in creating sustainability, not dependency.
We believe that a movement of passionate people, dedicated to making education possible for all, CAN change the world, one child at a time.

In many countries primary school is offered for free or a very small tuition. However, many times, in order to attend free school, a child must own a school uniform. (Some countries even require it by law) The cost of a school uniform prevents millions of children from ever attending their first class. Even in places where there's a nominal tuition fee to attend school, a school uniform can cost upwards of 5 times more than the amount tuition itself. With 80% of humanity living on less than $10 a day, education many times becomes a distant dream.
Got Your Back has focused our efforts on eliminating this burden by distributing school uniforms around the world. Through supplying uniforms free of cost, we hope to offer a pathway for children to gain an education and a chance at pursuing a better, safer, and healthier life. We believe that owning a school uniform is not only the gateway into school, but it's the pathway towards a hopeful, sustainable future.
So why are uniforms important?
A uniform is meant to break down walls… to remove any semblance of class or status. When two children attend school in matching uniforms, one is rich, the other is poor, it's impossible to tell which is economically better than the other. They are equals. Also, studies have found that introducing matching clothes amongst peers creates an environment in which students are more likely to excel in the classroom.
